Actually the freshies are finding out there is another level and in order to achieve their goals they will need to attain and maintain that level.

I'm not sure I understand this comment. Is it because as freshmen, freshmen know nothing--ok, possibly--Or because they are just starting the "geno way' they know nothing about that--thats a fact---or since they haven't played a div one game--they are in for surprises??
Every member of this team--is learning or has learned --they all have another level within themselves when they think they can't go on---at that point some do --go on.
