UConn Freshmen/Commits: C. Collier, Coombs, AEH, Gordon, Walker

They are all 3 listed at 6-0/6-1.
Angel and Seimone are generally regarded as being 6'1". Mikayla is consistently listed as 5'10". Megan is the tallest in the recruiting class.

Meg is an excellent FT shooter. Actually, she's excellent at several things, but even on a bad day, her FT shooting is there.

The local competition isn't that good, but they played some good teams early in the season. I think that Andi's low game was 29, and her high is now 53. She's averaging somewhere around 40. The basket is the same height and size everywhere. The kid has been a shooter since at least 7th grade, when she played on the Ossining varsity with Saniya. She was a long-range bomber even back then.

Ossining plays Albertus Magnus on 1/31 at 4:15...........that will be a better test for AEH as AM is a very well coached team that really plays smart basketball........if she scores more then 25 it should be considered an excellent performance..........

Ye, that's who we're talking about.

1/16

Andra Espinoza-Hunter held to just 13 points while being consistently doubled Monday. Ossining lost 61-54 to Danielle Patterson and Mary Louis Academy.

Working to improve: "Everything in my game. I can always get better. Off the court, being a better person. That's why I'm going to UConn. I can do things there I've never done."

Now, the favorite food thing, well... "Buffalo wings and fries." Okay, once and a while.

Mikayla Coombs had 16 points, 5 assists, and 5 steals in a 90-10 Wesleyan win Friday (1/20).

90-10????.......it just goes to show that you can't just trust player stats in judging how good any high school recruits are........
