Hey someone check to be sure there is paper in the fax machines… quarter ream should be good this year.
contrary to the meaning behind your double negative - I believe what you are trying to say is that you believe at least a few recruits chose UConn because they wanted to play for UConn. I would agree. Football on the rise, great school, great brand, great athletic department, great location, opportunity to play against P4 and G6. Lots of great reasons to join the UConn Huskies! While I think many may have wanted to play for Mora, I’d be SHOCKED if there weren’t a few recruits that didn’t choose UConn because they like UConn.
I think it’s also a prudent move to reopen your commitment when there’s a coaching change. I bet some recommit after the hire.
Not half bad!
That's very possible. The kid saw what we did with Skyler Bell, and he knows it could be him. We need to keep Sammis as OC.A flipped commit tells me that a Moore might be staying… or maybe Sammis is in a strong position.
Moore is one of the staff members I most expect to stay considering his connection to the university, but who knows!A flipped commit tells me that a Moore might be staying… or maybe Sammis is in a strong position.
super encourging pick up right here... big statement signing all things consideringNot half bad!

Clearly he always loved UConn, but Mora was a detriment.😃super encourging pick up right here... big statement signing all things considering
I appreciate the sentiment, but I feel differently. UConn was getting good press and showing they could play football. It's not the time to experiment on a coaching hire. We need someone that has experience successfully running a program and understands NIL. This isn't to say GS couldn't do it, but we need as close to a sure thing hire as we can get. We've got to keep up the momentum. If Sammis is a good recruiter I feel like they should strongly consider promoting him
