->The expanded series includes two additional games beyond the previously announced four-game agreement. The Huskies will travel to Durham on September 11, 2027, followed by Duke's return visit to East Hartford on October 14, 2028. These games will replace a previously announced two-game series with the University of Mississippi that has been canceled.

UConn and Duke have met each of the last two seasons and will now extend their series through the 2030 season. As previously announced, the Huskies will host the Blue Devils at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field on November 8, 2025 and September 29, 2029 and will make the trip to Duke on November 7, 2026 and August 31, 2030. <-

9/11/2027 is supposed to be our home game against Ole Miss, I hope we're not losing that. (EDIT: Didn't read the release, my bad)

4 ACC games in 2027 and 2028 now, is Mora cooking up a move???

I need to know who cancelled the Ole Miss series, us or them. If us that’s inexcusable
Seriously? You're not comfortable you know the answer to that? Without having any inside information, I'm sure I know the answer to that.

Shame we're losing a chance to play a SEC team, but as things consolidate around the Big 2 it is what it is. But Duke is exactly the kind of game we're looking for. Short travel and below average P-4 opponent.

I understand your view but schools like Duke, Pitt, Vandy, Wake, Cuse and BC are the sweet spot for us at this time. Respectfully disagree that scheduling an upper level SEC school helps the program at this point.
Not scheduling them is one thing.

Scheduling them and getting the home game on the calendar and then pulling the plug two years out is bullshit

Yeah, my bad, I came here after the IG post. Didn't read the release.
Still liked your thought. And if it was a conference game I wonder if it would be a level playing field or would the refs continue to screw us?

Yep. The P4 teams on our future schedules are exactly the level of P4 opponents we should be playing…Duke, Wake, Cuse, Pitt, BC, UNC. Basically half the ACC, now that I’m writing it out

For some reason I never expected to play those games vs Ole Miss because those SEC schools always pull this crap. I actually expected them to have us come to them and then pull out of the return game but I think it was scheduled where they come to us first.

I'm happy that we replaced that series with Duke, or a team on the same level. That's a team that a P4, been decent, and people are interested in watching instead of GA St or FAU.

totally get the arguments for not playing ole miss.
I, for one, was looking forward to the marquee challenge.
I had that home game in CT, circled in my calendar since last year ... sort of a litmus test game, if you will.

Four ACC teams in 2027: Duke, UNC, Pitt, and Syracuse. We still need to switch the Temple H/H locations for 26/27...
