Im going to hazard a guess and say that Nebrich needs to work harder in practice. It's only been mentioned by coach P a few times and Nebrich himself

Oliver was horrible against us last year. He has gotten better-he takes more decisive cuts now and finishes his runs. I still don't know why Buffalo thinks they can beat us up the middle. That won't happen.
