They all look good to me.

Orlando or Boca: largest alumni & UConn presence in areas; recruiting benefit; most accessible for students, SE players’ families, and northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and SE alumni and other fans.
DFW: TX players’ families, recruiting benefit; relatively easy flights
Montgomery, AL: bowl game

any chance of a P4 opponent in one of those bowls, if we're 8-4?

I will take any bowl game but the ones listed for the middle of the week would make it very difficult for me to get to this year. Friday-monday is my selfish preference although New mexico would also be difficult.

Easy flight down too.

Gotta think no to Montgomery after a game v UAB in Birmingham? Do they look at that.? I’m thinkin’ Boca baby!!

I’m in Dallas. Two of those bowls would be fantastic for me. The SMU stadium is a little nicer than Toyota Stadium, where the FC Dallas soccer team plays. Frisco is about 30 minutes north of downtown Dallas.

Any way we get bid to Pin Stripe Bowl. Maybe ACC or Big 10 don’t have a team.

UConn/BC would be juicy.

Boca!

Maybe not but Boca is easy to get to from the Northeast and even easier for me since I'm only 2.5 hours away. Another plus for pizza lovers is the fact that Pepe's in Delray Beach is 8 miles from Boca Raton.
Really hoping for Boca. I have buddies in the Fort Lauderdale area who will come up with a full tailgate. Let's get it!

Love it! Not sure how you rip navy out of there, but love the positive pub

Agree. Lived down there for awhile and would love to go back.

They need to be financially smart and choose UConn - we’d draw well.

Orlando or Boca is easy for me, so I would go. I have not heard good things about Pepe's in Delray.

I have gone to the Pepe's location in Delray Beach twice and was very satisfied with the white clam pie. Tasted just like CT locations to me. First time was a weekday and second was on a Sunday afternoon. Of course, your mileage and preferences may vary.

I read something in the past where ownership had to fly down and retrain the staff because the pies where not up to standards. It sounds like they got it sorted out. I will drive a long way for good pizza. Good pizza in Florida is few and far between.

No argument from me on the quality of pizza in Florida. I am 150 miles from Pepe's and have traveled there a few times. I will do so again but I am a bit of a pizza snob and psychotic when it comes to driving.

OT - Pepe’s is looking for a CFO if anyone is interested.

Are these for real? The Boca Raton Bowl? The Frisco Bowl that isn’t even San Francisco? The thrill of it all. Don’t get me wrong, getting to a bowl is way better than not getting to a bowl. What’s next, the East Hartford Bowl?
