Oh the good ole state of Connecticut. Allow restaurants to be 100 percent capacity, bring schools back to 100 percent attendance....outside sporting event....limit that to a few dozen folks.

I think it’s more like “let’s not take a chance of starting an outbreak on campus by letting everyone in.“ They live in a petri dish up there. I remember one year when 3/4 of my floor had the flu.
