UConn and the 2019 NCAA Baseball Tournament (#2 seed in Oklahoma City Regional)

Paul Gozzo, Anthony Proto, John Toppa, Jacob Wallace, Chris Winkel, Pat Winkel, and Michael Woodworth were named to the All-Tournament team for the Oklahoma City Regional
 
Not a bad showing for AAC teams this tournament. UConn of course gave Oklahoma State a tight battle before losing the Monday night game of the Regional Final. After losing their first game, ECU took care of business and advanced to the Super Regional against Louisville. And while Cincinnati did not advance, the Bearcats did win their first round game against host school Oregon State, thus playing a role in helping to eliminate the No. 1 seed in that particular Regional.
