Cinnella came in to face the only lefty in the Xavier batting order. UConn coaching staff seems to be big on lefty pitchers facing lefty batters these days.
 
You know a big reason why I dislike FloSports? I pay for the service and they make me watch commercials. I would rather watch the teams warm up between innings.

Ellisen looked good during the last games he pitched in during the regular season. Those solid appearances probably will get him important time in post season games that UConn plays in.

Bottom 7th, a 2 out single by Minick, the UConn offense has a scoreless inning with UConn batters picking up 2 strikeouts. Game tied at 2.
 
Top 8th, Ellisen hits the first 2 batters putting them on base. Ellisen comes out of the game, Quinn takes the mound.

Quinn retires the next 3 batters picking up 2 strikeouts to end the inning with no runs coming in, game tied at 2.

Offense is killing us. If we make a regional this year, I hope we randomly get hot.

With 1 out, Padilla is intentionally walked to put runners at the corners. The runners are left on base with UConn batters picking up 2 strikeouts. Game tied at 2 going to extra innings.
 
Well, FloSports has given me a craving for a hotdog.
 
Bottom 10th, Garbowski with a leadoff walk, Drew Kron comes in to pinch run for Garbowski. Shpur hits into a double play to end the inning, game tied at 2.

Hyde comes in to be the catcher.

Top 11th, Quinn gives up a leadoff homer, 3-2 Xavier. Quinn walks 2 batters with 2 outs, and comes out of the game with runners at the corners. Coe comes in to pitch.

The runner tries to steal home, but is thrown out for the final out of the inning. 3-2 Xavier.

You left out the we failed to get down a bunt which would have kept us out of the double play. Not executing at all.
