TV Guilty Pleasure

I watch my fair share of Beach Hunters and Lakefront Bargain Hunt (Beachfront too). I’ll half pay attention to RuPaul’s Drag Race when my wife’s watching. Used to watch Ptoject Runway. Property Brothers? Fixer Upper? Not really feeling guilty about any of those, so I guess not. Never been into the trashy stuff like the Housewives or Kardashians.

Do we live in the same house?

.-.
I haven’t played any of those.

Bioshock - Grand Theft Auto- Assasin's Creed- Zelda- Resident Evil- Fallout- Mass Effect

Need For Speed- Forza - Portal- Dead Space- Silent Hill

Love Mass Effect, really just about any Bioware RPG. Knights of the Old Republic. My wife played the Dragon Age series.

TV-wise, my big guilty pleasures are the Star Wars animated series: first Clone Wars, then Rebels, now Resistance starting in a few months.

I only watch two shows right now - Octonauts and Paw Patrol. The house is on a 3 month octonauts kick so PP has taken a back seat. The only other TV I watch is UConn fb, bb and the Patriots.

My wife and I default to Friends reruns on Netflix. We started on season 1 episode 1 and we've been watching them in order. There are actually some I had never seen!

Chandler and Monica have recently started hooking up. Joey found out first and, to his great frustration, has been keeping it a secret. Rachel just found out when she accidentally heard them sweet-talking on the landline. Ross and Phoebe still don't know. Phoebe recently met her real father and she's such a ditz anyway. Ross is getting over his breakup with the English woman whom he married - but since he said "I take thee Rachel" at the altar they were doomed despite Ross's desperate and lengthy attempts to win her back. Emily gave him an ultimatum - that he could not see Rachel ever again...in the end it wasn't workable.

Can't wait to see what happens next!

Lots of time. Biggest issue when my son went to college and is now in New Jersey. Ended up buying some duplicate consoles and we share games.
Settlers is city building with real time strategy elements.
Heroes is role playing/turn based strategy.
The only PC games I've really played, except years ago Doom and Mist

If you haven't played Earthbound or Secret of Mana from the SNES you should grab a SNES classic as they are on there (otherwise they are so freaking expensive to buy the real carts). Also has Final Fantasy III, Legend of Zelda and Super Mario Brothers RPG.

Paw Patrol is the best. I got into a stand guard over the silent auction item war over a giant basket of Paw Patrol toys that myself and another grandparent(s) were bidding on. I gave in because their grandson was more age appropriate than my granddaughter. They almost cried with joy and I became embarrassed for myself and then the human race in general.

My son has Secret of Mana, will have to check out Earthbound

I'll watch any of the Harry Potter movies whenever they are on. SYFY currently owns the rights.

Will sit, watch, and enjoy Phineus & Ferb with my oldest. Also, like Bubble Guppies, Miles from Tomorrowland, and both Boys are into Paw Patrol, Trollhunters, and PJ Mask. I have no issue watch any of those with them.

Speaking of games, I got this ad while playing sudoku on my phone.

NBA2k15. I would like to upgrade to a newer version, but I am on the 5th season in my Association and I don't feel like starting from scratch.

¡¡Impromptu Videogame Thread Hijack!!

What’re you playing at the moment T? Something tells me you’re a PC gamer. I very well may be wrong.
I’m a fallout and GTA follower almost exclusively. Not because I wouldn’t enjoy other games but because I don’t have enough time.

Yea, I’m that way with the Far Cry series. I also like to veg out with a few rounds of COD now and then. Having no time to play hasn’t slowed down my videogame collecting though.

It’s been fun introducing my nearly 2 year old daughter to video games. She likes to watch me play Flower and Rayman Legends. Rez Infinite too. That one kinda blew her mind.

Surprised at how many people here are into games. I meet lots of people IRL who consider it a source of pride that they have never played video games. Almost all of them watch a fair amount of TV. Can't even begin to explain to them that games can have all of the elements of a TV series and it's interactive. Putting maintenance into a character creates an embodiment that a well constructed game can take advantage of.

Alone
Naked and Afraid
Mountain Men

Now I'm hooked on Netflix series. The 100, Marvel series, Marco Polo.

Xbox WWII

I watch Alone.
Really like it, although the Mongolian season that just wrapped up was the worst of the bunch in my opinion.

Grab a PS4 and come find me, Mano_CMG.

I played the GTA online the other day for the first time. I've never played games online. I had no desire to chat with other people while doing it. I dropped into one place, got fragged immediately and had to listen to the most racist tirade I've ever heard for about 20 minutes straight before I figured out how to report the guy and mute him. Weird, the guys name was "crappy_buffalo_lawyer".

I also watch iZombie, I read all the comics too which makes me doubly geeky.
