Just looking at the seeding the Big 10 got just now and man did the committee give them a favorable bump. Only one team there is possibly underseeded (Maryland) and pretty much all the rest got handed a much higher seed than deserved. How did Oregon get a 5 seed? Even more egregious is giving Purdue a 4 seed. I’ve watched them play at least 3-4 times this year and they just aren’t good at all. Wisconsin and Illinois are equally unimpressive to me. I guess time will tell, but I fully expect the B10 to flame out as usual, maybe with the exception of Maryland. Queen has a bit of Caron Butler in his game and can probably single handedly carry Maryland to 2-3 wins.

Nope, that was a gaff. In looking at the map now, never realized that the Missouri (named differently as it travels north & south), generally serves as the West border to a number of states where the East border is the Mississippi. Who knew, live and learn. Have been on the Mississippi at places like LaCross, St Louis & NOLA, but definitely didn't go for a run on it.

Watching the Xavier v Texas game and two things that stand out.
1) Johnson is a top five pick he is a great offensive player. Going to be a star in the NBA.
2) Miller is my favorite BE Head Coach other than Hurley. Always has been.
