Someone may know the rules better than me, but I believe we can have a class of 25 plus 7, the seven if you have outbound transfers to match, we do, but 32 max. We already have 30 people in the current class, so that would leave room for 2.

I am not an expert but I think the spring enrollments allow for flexibility by counting them against '21 limit and not '22.

I believe that there also is some flexibility with transfers in. They can be counted against the class they were initially recruited into or the class that they are projected to graduate from.
