Transfer Rule Changing?

If the NCAA is leaning in this direction of granting a 1 time transfer without having to sit out, does this mean there is a greater chance that Sid Wilson is granted a waiver?

I don't believe the NCAA is leaning that way.

From the linked article above: >>There was a news story earlier this week suggesting such a development was imminent. It’s not. The NCAA directly responded to its publication with a link to a release about what the DI transfer group has been up to. Immediate eligibility barely is mentioned. And where it is, it's in the context of a committee referral that places it miles down the road.<<

NCAA will announce that Wilson is ineligible to play for UConn. 10 minutes later they will announce that the transfer rules have been changed.

And then take away 2 scholarships in 2019 for us having the gall to ask.
