Why wouldn't they? They'd no longer have playing time as an excuse for wanting to leave. Everyone on that Tennessee roster is contributing and seeing themselves as part of the team. It also shows Caldwell trusts having them on the court at any given time. Those hockey line subs from Caldwell just completely smoked all the momentum Tenn had. Are the high level recruits really gonna be on board with that stuff once they get in the program?
These likely 1/5 Sweet 16 matchups are about to be electric.Congrats to the Vols.
I thought tOSU was fairly vulnerable as a #4 seed. This was NOT a good year for 4s!

UCLA/Kansas State-Betts vs Ayoka Lee
Texas/Tennessee should be a hotly contested game if Tennessee plays well
USC/Ole Miss was a 2 point game the first time these teams met
Awww man you’re right. Fixed itIf U$C wins, they get K-State.
This got me thinking about career Tourney wins for active coaches. Geno must be miles ahead of the field. Mulkey is probably way up there, Frese, Walz, maybe Schaefer. Staley is picking them up rapidly but started well behind those others. Graves is probably in the top 10. I might be totally overlooking somebody, but for the most part you've got a bunch of coaches without very many Tourney W's. Rueck probably has more than the vast majority of active coaches. I'm gonna have to look it up, now I'm curious. This was far from one of Walz's best teams, but he's won a bunch of Tourney games
Is she going to be a senior already?Cotie McMahon from those frauds is a decent player, but she is a poor sport and runs her mouth a bit too much
She's fun to watch. Glad she's getting a chance to be seen on a national broadcast.Ummm... I've never watched Richmond but Doogan looks like a future first round draft pick.![]()

All four 5 seeds should have been higher especially Ole Miss and Kansas St.Congrats to the Vols.

They could be 0-5 in an hour. Don't think they will be, but it's certainly more possible that I could've imagined before tip-off.big 10 today: 0-4
Hmm...Alabama, Ole Miss and Tennessee were all 5 seeds, who finished behind Kentucky in the SEC standings. And Baylor finished ahead of K State in the Big 12. Conference record isn't everything, but I don't really see how you can justify moving all the 5s up when you look at who the 4s are. Maybe Ohio St. and/or Maryland are suspect. All four 5 seeds should have been higher especially Ole Miss and Kansas St.
SEC with a real shot to put 7 teams in the Sweet 16
And that's why they play 2 halves. Plenty of games I would've been happy to call it good after 20 minutes.Halftime scores:
1 SC trailed
1 UCLA tied
2 Duke trailed
TCU only 1/2 seed with a big lead
Dawn by my count has 46. Vic 27, Mulkey 64 or 65, Brenda 43, Graves 22.This got me thinking about career Tourney wins for active coaches. Geno must be miles ahead of the field. Regarding Walz they said during the game he is 41-15 in Tourney games IIRC, so now 41-16.
