I’ve been nervous about facing Arizona in the tourney all season, but it really seems like they only look great when the opposition can’t guard the rim. We don’t have that problem. They are feasting in the lane right now.

gotta say that the officiating in this tourney has me concerned. It's really inconsistent, and that always seems to get to us. This Zona game is a perfect example. Let them play until they stopped letting them play. No idea what's allowed and what isn't and you can see it causing frustration.

DaRon Holmes has underwhelmed. I heard about him all year but he has not impressed in this one

Edit- Dayton might have needed him too much against a team like AZ

Holmes was garbage down the stretch. Two missed front ends, a dumb 3, the stupid flagrant and got punked on at least 3 drives. How they weren’t running plays for their shooter is beyond me.

Zags are a very different team than the one we played. Ike is a load and Nembhard has figured out how to be Few's on the court general. We'd still run them off the court, but they'll be a challenge for a lot of other teams remaining in tourney.

Blatant fouls left n right in the Kansas Gonzaga game but the refs ain’t calling them. Interesting.
I prefer they ref this way as long as it’s consistent and fair for both teams.
