well unfortunately in my area.. the local CBS station carries ACC games... so they are showing the UNC/Ga Tech game instead. Im forced to watch it on my phone.. and anyone who has the CBS Sports app can watch it on their phone as well.

After this start maybe you should just switch to the TV - painful so far! 9 turnovers, two baskets, and a combined 2-14 shooting!!! These are top 10 teams!

OSU sort of blowing them out in the 3rd quarter. And up 6 with about a minute to play in Q3. Just goes to show - MOV means nothing when comparing teams. It's about matchups. L'ville and OSU are just 2 examples of teams who matchup horribly with UCONN but who are pretty good teams otherwise...

Maryland with the typical poor 3rd quarter. UConn, SDSU and Syracuse they had poor 3rd quarters. Fortunately for Maryland fans they played better in the 4th quarter in each game.

Ohio State was mentally defeated 5 minutes into the game against UCONN where Maryland came out like gangbusters. If UCONN plays both teams again, I'd expect the Ohio State game to be much more competitive and the Maryland game to be a healthy Connecticit victory.

Teams shoot 3's extremely well when they play UConn. They all come back down to earth afterward. Why? I don't think that has anything to do with our defense.

Looked like a different Maryland team than the one that played UConn. No scrappy hustling. They lost almost all the 50/50 balls, and threw some atrocious passes. They are a better team than what they showed today.

I am now a Kelsey Mitchell fan. I used to think she was a one dimensional shooter that did not really help the team. Today I was totally impressed with her defense, steals, and passing (especially that over the shoulder job in the final minutes). She moved without the ball on the back door cuts, and of course, hit some monster 3s.

A little different than playing against the UConn Defense however.
