Tonight’s (1/27) Committee Reveal??

Is K-State a top 16 club (haven't seen them play) or is this just Ayoka lee hype.
16 seems a smidge high
A few good wins and only 1 bad loss

Wins over Oregon Baylor and by 30 over oklahoma
Losses to nc st, so car, Iowa st, Tex, tex tech

She's legit. And on any given night...they could beat you. They start three freshman so to me that's their Achilles. And then...there's the iffy bench.

3 seed

So what seed will UConn be assigned in tonight’s committee reveal at halftime of the ole Miss vs. Scar game? Crem’s bracketology suggests a four seed. UConn should be a 3 with a shot at a two .

This morning’s rankings:
NET - 8th
Massey -8th
RPI - 9th
Coaches Poll - 9th
AP Poll - 10th
Nolan’s ELO - 11th

I just don’t see UConn as a four. To me, they are solidly a top 12 team and almost unquestionably so. BUT - Will politics in the committee cause the to rise to a 2? Or fall to a four? UConn bias or the Muffet factor?
perhaps they'll get their due if they get a win over Tennessee..........as of now, who of consequence has UConn beaten to deserve a higher seed?

We have a month left to the season and I am confident that UConn will be in Bridgeport. Why? Because it puts money in the NCAAs pocket and if UConn isnt in Bridgeport they wont sell out.

How many Bridgeport tickets have been sold to date? If it's close to a sell-out, the revenue will be there, but seats may be empty.

Love ya Tony but I didn’t see a top flight defense last night from your opponent. I want y’all to beat the Vols but you aren’t going to approach those percentages in that game.
And Tenn's offense isn't going to generate 80 points either. Not on the road.

It is almost a sellout now.

Bad comparison IMO. South Carolina has wins over Stanford, NC State, LSU, UCONN, Duke, Oregon, and Maryland and just 1 loss on the season.

UCONN has 4 losses and just 1 win over a ranked team (#19 Notre Dame). That's not worthy of a top 3 seed IMO.
South Carolinia, is deservedly the top team. Super team. Impressive. And yet head to head against UConn, they were up 57-54 after 3 quarters. UConn scored 3 points in the 4th quarter and S Carolina only mustered 16. Not to mention UConn was basically Paige and a few shell-shocked returning players. Injury plagued Nika M, same with Azzi Fudd, no Caroline, "what is my role" Dorka etc.

That game was refed by Joe Vaszily (same person who did the Depaul game last night). Horrible official for the women's game, imo. To be clear, I am not saying UConn lost that game because of refs.

In the end, S Carolina deserves it's ranking and probably, so does UConn.
