I don't see what the issue is. when you start coming for our guys you are the enemy. He could have had his last hour good bye but chose to leave at the wrong time for that. That's not our problem.

When I worked for a financial firm, if you quit, they walked you back to your desk to pack, turned off all of your electronics, and walked you to the door.

Except we aren’t/weren’t losing our star RB.. so maybe Mora didn’t know as much as he thought he did

This is such a crap excuse people are giving. If he was a good coach, he wouldn’t need to worry about losing those and having a tough schedule because he had built a program that should be, and was, at a level that could compete with that schedule. Ok, we lose Bell and Joe. Huge, huge losses. However, he has shown a lot of success in the portal and could have restocked. He had the foundation already.

If part of the reason he left was because of a hard schedule and losing Joe, Bell, and maybe Cam, then I’m not sad to see him go. A good coach continues to raise the bar each season, not tuck tail and run.

If UConn doesn't build an on campus stadium, it will always be viewed as a second rate football school. Until that happens, Mora is right, we will be seen as a basketball school.

UCLA and Miami don't play in campus. Are they second rate too?

I heard talk of moving the early signing period to February like it used to be. This might save the bowl games. I believe Andy Staples from On3 talked about this on Monday’s Dan Patrick show. He said that the head coaches did not like the idea
