24 hours after my post, only three people clicked the Facebook recommend button. Only three people here have a Facebook account? Or are y'all embarrassed to admit to your friends you visit this site?

I am truly shocked at the response.
Tom, maybe a dumb question. Right now there is only a "tweet" button at the bottom of my page. I swear that there was a facebook button the other day and I clicked it. Please tell me I'm not losing my mind.

You have a twitter acount and all you followers are bots? Sounds kinda weird..:)

I guess these are the "people" I attract. Perhaps people expect that I will eventually tweet interesting things. How else do I explain a grand total of 11 followers without tweeting?

Or "looking for a good time, no strings attached" people. I usually report them as spam.

Facebook is the ultimate narcissist's toy. Or voyeur, one...

My only Facebook presence is what I must endure from my wife. And if I recommend the Boneyard to her, she'll think it's just another one of my kinky websites...

It's not hard to find.

If you want a direct link, send me a direct message here.

Once you're on the Facebook page, recommend it to any UConny types you may know and we'll convert them to Boneyarders.

Or kill them.

I started a Boneyard group on Facebook.

Will pow wow with Tom and decide how best to use it to help drive up traffic and Likes, etc.

Couldn't we just hook up with the Boneyard Drinkery FB page from Houston, TX?

posters are scared because Facebook allows folks to see your "real name" and doesn't allow you to hide behind some ol' lousy screen name talking trash like the Boneyard.

for all those who doesnt have a FB page... you actually have more control there than you have on a message board and its more realistic BUT the perception of FB is "drama, trouble and nonsense" which is totally untrue.

FWIW, that recommend button only works for recommending individual threads. If you click the recommend button here it's going to link to this thread. Is that what you were going for?

You should put one at the bottom of the forum pages so people can recommend the basketball forum or football forum, etc., or even the main page.

If you go to the Forum index, there is a Recommend button to the right. It will Recommend the entire Boneyard rather than link one thread.
