I saw that on a smaller scale with the Lancaster Jet Hawks. They were the single A affiliate of the Astros before this season's recalibration.
Their entire stadium was self-sustaining with power generation. Every parking spot was covered and the roof of the cover was solar panels. Could it be done completely around the Rent? Maybe. Would it be worth it? Not entirely. But you could do a few of the lots and make the Rent more self-sustaining.
