Hayes vs Tatum could be a very interesting match-upWisconsin clearing the path for Duke, just like in 2015.
Agreed. Wisconsin has three really good players in Hayes, Happ and Koenig.Nova returns to being Nova.
Very tough draw getting wisconsin though, they are better than there seed and very experienced.
Exactly what I was thinking. Was Burrell on a timeout? Why did Wright call his last TO after the first make. Your only chance of winning is if he misses the 2nd...so why not save the TO to avoid exactly what happened?
I have nothing against ND. J. Wright seems like a decent guy too. But cuse losing is always funny and now we can hope duke goes down and hopefully msu gets stomped in the second round.Life is good ND, Villanova, & Syracuse lose in a span of six hours.

God NC State has pulled a few second round upsets too, eh? I did not realize they beat 1 seeded Nova as an 8...They also took out 2nd seeded Uconn as a 10 in the early 2000s (ugh). As much credit as Nova gets for being choke artists with high seeds, I do not want to see a 7/8/9/10 seeded NC State if my team is seeded 1 or 2.
Still tip my hat to Nova. They had an excellent team and played well all year long. NCAA tourney can be tough. Just goes to show what an accomplishment the 2011 and 2014 'ships where.
Boy, bad things keep happening to Nova in Buffalo.![]()
Care to explain?Bad things happen (more often than not) to non-P5 teams vs P5 teams.

That was a well officiated game. If any gripe I thought Nova got a few calls.Do I need to?

The NCAA doesn't invite many non-P5 teams and when they do it seems more often than not they are matched up in the first round like Wichita State vs. Dayton, St. Mary's vs. VCU, Creighton vs. URI. Nova did okay for a non P5 last year and in 2014 we did okay as a non P5.Wasn't implying that Nova got screwed by calls. Thought it was a clean game too.
Just was making a general comment that P5 schools generally find ways to beat non-P5 schools in this tourney even when they're lower seeds.
