The Official Boar-Slaughtering Game Thread

Could you imagine how much better we would be with Durham and Enoch in the post? Our bigs are laughably bad. Still can't believe Jackson left, he'd be starting somewhere.

Good play out of a timeout.

Ollie making the good call--do our players just not know how to run a play without direction from coach? Thats an IQ thing.

Carlton will be a nice piece when his body matures. Hes a freshman being thrown in the fire and hes not ready for 30mpg

How many more of these performances will it take before we stop getting invited to these early season tournaments?

There is a reason they left.
If you were a big with talent, would you come to UConn with this offense. Guards dribble to the hoop, never dish or they jack up 3’s they can’t hit. Why would you come here? Why would you stay?

I have two questions:
1. How is it possible that we can recruit an entire squad of players who lived in gymnasiums, but can't shoot? Arkansas seems to have a bunch of guys able to hit an open jumper, this isn't rocket science.
2. Given that Arkansas is reliably hitting those shots in this game, are all of their players 4 and 5 star guys? I doubt it.

1-8 from 3, 4-9 from 2.

We don't have the shooters to have half of our offense happening from beyond the arc.

The play was a pick and roll. What we run every time.
