The Boneyard buys a pizza place.

Hope the people you are working with know how to run a business. I am actually starting a podcast on entrepreneurship in the food industry, and the underlying theme among the 5 episodes I've recorded so far is that while all these people are good at cooking food, they are good business people first. Just make sure you know your numbers and be prepared to spend more time on the paperwork than the food.

I wish you the best of luck!

Exactly what part of Manhattan is it? And are you talking proper Neapolitan style or another generic slice joint? I can't believe we're 3 pages in and the actual quality of the pie is still a secret. Are you ashamed? Is it deep dish? Go ahead, you can admit it.

If you’re interested, PM me your email and I can forward the plan. It should answer your questions above.

That’s all In the plan too.

Slice joint in a location near Broadway with documented foot traffic stats.

What would I be ashamed of? I don’t understand that one.

Call it _____ New Haven Style Pizza, and I will be an investor.

Broadway runs well over 200 blocks through Manhattan. The details of your plan are Chief-like, I can't help but be intrigued. No shame in any of it. I wish you nothing but luck in your venture.

lol if there was a business worth investing 275k in i’d just drive to the bank for a cashier’s check and not try to grift people on a college basketball
board.

you are outdoing cl and chief with this claim.

Well I've just been offered a chance to buy into a hot new fresh pizza located in Stamford, CT. You can buy in too at $2.75 for a 1/8th share or $18 for the whole thing (excluding taxes and delivery).

Only if it's Remos

to be fair, never invest your own money is business 101. it's also business 101 for grifters so take that as you will.

Whaaat? I have to share the prominent place I occupy in your head with @Chief00 now? He must be roughing you up pretty good lately!

I just got offered a chance to buy into a new pizza place in Manhattan. You can buy up to a 10% share for $27,500 or as low as a 1% share for $2,750.

I have a business plan with the people involved, the specs of the business and the financial initial business plan. I can certainly forward that to a personal email address if this goes anywhere.

I've known one of the guys for 25+ years so I know it's not a scam.

What do you think? Should we buy a pizza place? A pool of 10 folks in for $275.00 a piece? 10 people in for $2,750.00? 100 people in for $27.50?

Discuss.

I’m in if they will use my dough recipe.

.-.
Only if it is called "The Boneyard"
"Sal's Famous." I hope the business plan details how it will be better than the Brooklyn shop.
