Little known fact. Eating in front of a screen actually helps you consume more. Your mind is more focused on the info you're looking at and your mind ignores signs from your body that you're getting full. You can't "hear" the food being chewed, you're not paying attention and you're just mindlessly shovelling it into your gullet.

Phone is a good thing as long as you're eating at the right pace.

I met a guy in the 90's who finished this meal and he only weighed 130lbs. I didn't believe him until I saw his name years later on the on-line hall of fame page.

The only thing missing from this is a contest where you get three flag plants a week and you have to do it before the contestant starts and if they finish you get a "fantasy point"
