Well, a 42 year guy with a 30 year old arm who blows out his 42 year legs chasing flies does not really deserve a whole lot of sympathy. Of course as a Yankee, it was time to hang it up anyway.

He was catching baseballs, not sky-diving. And his 42 year old legs are a lot different than the sausage logs that are holding up most of you sad sacks.

Just a freak accident....it always seems that ACL injuries are just that.
