Tennessee and the SEC are so hard to watch. And any coach that doesn't play 40 minutes of zone against Tennessee should be fired before reaching the locker room. They are absolutely awful against the zone.

Fool that I am, I though Tenn. had it in the bag. Came back to the living room to find the game going to OT and that the Lady Vols scored 3 in the 4th.

It's becoming unbelievable. Every game has a stretch where they look like a top ten team and every game they throw it away with a stretch where they look clueless.

They have some sort of mental block. That's all that I can come up with.

And then Tennessee goes on a drought. 8 minutes without scoring a point and they scored 3 points in the 4th quarter. Sort of like SMU vs. UCONN...

Tenn was 19 per the AP but 23 per the coaches. the coaches poll included the loss to Kentucky but the AP did not. It would not surprise me to see both drop them only to 25... Altho I think with 8 losses, no matter what happens at Alabama, they should be out of the top 25. Couldn't be a more fun season! UCONN rolling and Tennessee reeling...
 
How do you explain this line from the Box Score:

Man that's brutal for a player of her caliber. Sulking because she's not starting? I just don't understand it.

I turned it off, UTenn up by 10 or so and finally playing solid BB
Totally dumbfounded, even though I jokingly suggested the possibility above.
This has to be one of the worst losses in their storied history.
Some may exult,
But I really, really feel badly for the kids.
Something is terribly wrong.

Well you can only feel so sorry for them. I don't think coaching makes 7 McDonald's AA's shoot 12-20 from the line. They could have sealed it right there despite all the other problems.
 
So Tenn lost to Kentucky by 1 and Miss State by 2. That's consecutive losses.

The last time the Huskies lost consecutive games was almost 23 years ago. The last time the LVs lost consecutive games was about 23 minutes ago. :)

Bad chemistry, in my opinion.
 
Diamond didn't start tonight because she turned her ankle 2 days ago the commentators said.

They are losing to a LOT of higher ranked teams. ;)
