feel/awareness is generally pretty hard to improve from one extreme to another, but there can be substantial improvement up to a floor level. but this staff is very good at micro managing this stuff and coming up with quick adaptations depending on how the opposition plays, so it's really the ideal place to get him to improve.

Good insight. They can get guys to believe that they can change for the better if they trust them. Great example is Jordan Hawkins. Look at the change between year 1 and 2. Just a guess but I think Kimani is very good at this. Tarris said he yells at him every day after practice and Tarris gets it!
