And you know this how?Yet, since he didn't reaggravate it and had 4 extra days of rest, was likely in better shape than Friday and would have been a value add/option tonight.

I can defend them. Just not here.Nothing worse than throwing shots at players and hiding behind secret info that doesn’t exist.
Keep your opinions to yourself if you can’t defend them.
Saying he didn’t reaggravate is an interesting comment only because it makes no sense. Maybe Hurley doesn’t think he needs Reed to beat KU? lolNo one is 100%. If he didnt re-aggravate then get him on the court and you can sit him out against our cupcake on Friday.

Listen, I’m tired of this, too. But you throw out about a dozen assumptions in here. You don’t know anything other than what you see on TV. Blame the staff if you want to, but it’s a fact. You compare him to another player, with no reason to think the situations are comparable. You even predict the future, saying how he’ll be acting during the game. Based on what? Nothing.Has anyone followed Tarris the kid? Please tell me what about his persona suggests he's tough? Big does not equal tough. There is nothing about him that is tough - Hurley has to use gimmicks to pull it out of him, like the Kodiak. Tarris is a lot of wonderful things, but tough is not one of them. Very talented, and part of the "nice" group and why this whole board was claiming we needed some dawgs last year.
Have you followed this injury at all? It does not take on the typical shape of a bad high ankle sprain. First, he PLAYED on it after he injured it against BYU. Then, the staff didn't know he was even hurt until he said something on MONDAY. Then he comes back two weeks later? Then Hurley said he came back about a week early (3 week injury). A high ankle sprain is a 4-6 week minimum injury if bad. This is VERY likely a pretty minor ankle sprain.
Could you imagine Cam Spencer not playing in his only chance at the Phog if 80%? He played this game two years ago on a bum foot and took the last shot. Gamers game. Tarris will be laughing on the bench. If Cam couldn't play he'd be seething.
Some of the issue here is the staff is so guarded about telling us anything, we're often guessing.

Rather than shaking your fist at the sky, I'd suggest that maybe you poke around a bit on it. Especially if you know someone that you trust.
I’ve watched Reed play, he is the opposite of softI can defend them. Just not here.

You must be right.I’ve watched Reed play, he is the opposite of soft
I don't - I'd rather have had a full Peterson & a full Reed. We'd have a better chance. They have two very talented bigs we are going to need to deal with.
Lotta sports medicine experts in this thread
