Yes but not with Bluetooth unfortunately. A headphone splitter is the easiest way (costs under $5) or Airplay 2/Sonos speakers wirelessly (typically very nice and expensive speakers).

Not easily.

The best cheap solution, imo, is an app called AmpMe. One person starts a "party" with a playlist on their phone, and another person on their phone can listen to the same playlist on their phone, and that way, you can sync up to multiple speakers via Bluetooth. I believe the app also has a way to set the delay in case one of the phones is delayed.

If you have any of the UE speakers (UE boom, UE Megaboom, etc), you can "party up" and have up to 100 speakers playing from the same iphone.
