Sunday games ("Rivalry Week")

I see that LSU is having another of its offensively challenged games: down 20-11 to Kentucky with 2 minutes left in the first half.

I'm primarily watching the USD-SDSU showdown and it's an entertaining games. The Coyotes are on the attack on the Jackrabbits.

No credit for reaching double digits?;)

Ah man. Alexis Robinson got the start today for Colorado on Senior Day but then was immediately subbed out after the tip off. Too bad, I guess she's not able to play today.

I didn't realize she was injured. What happened to her?

I never saw anything official. She's been missing from the lineup ever since Leonard returned. She had a wrap on her knee today.

I was doing some searching and found this:

Robinson ranks 20th in school history in points and eighth in 3-pointers made. She missed Sunday's game at Arizona with a knee injury, however, and is a game-time decision for playing Friday.

CU Buffs' Kennedy Leonard, Alexis Robinson set for final games in Boulder

She played 28 minutes at Arizona State, so I'm wondering if she got hurt near the end of that game? She missed the Arizona and Washington State games.

Such a bummer to see a college career ended by injury.

Yep. Hopefully she'll be good to go next weekend, or at least for the conference tourney.

Oregon has completely taken over on USC, now up 19 early in 4Q.
Ionescu already has another triple-double, with 13-11-11.
Boley with another big game, 23 points and 5-8 from 3.
Hebard with 13 points and 8 rebounds off the bench.

Just turned to the Vandy/Mississippi State game...Bulldogs only up 63-55.

LOL...the curse of the LETTERL continues. Since I turned to the game, Mississippi State has gone on a 6-0 run.

South Dakota and South Dakota State are headed to overtime.

Meanwhile, LSU has tightened things up with Kentucky, down 6 with 3 minutes to play.

Not sure how much it helps them, but Utah stopped the bleeding and picked up a pair of wins over the Washington schools this weekend.

Clemson solidified its probable NCAAT bid with a 73-66 comeback win over Virginia Tech. Tigers are now 18-10, 9-6 ACC.

Virginia Tech led this game by 11 points at one time but Clemson dominated the second half.

In an ugly display of basketball, Virginia emerged with a 20-17 halftime lead on Georgia Tech.

A really important win for Clemson. Whodathunk they'd go 9-6 in the ACC. If they can beat Duke (much to @triaddukefan 's chagrin) on Thursday they'll finish 10-6 in conference play. That's pretty stunning.

South Dakota State upset South Dakota, 80-77, in OT.

That gives South Dakota State a 1 1/2 game lead over South Dakota in The Summit League.
Despite the AP ranking I wouldn't really consider this an upset, especially since it was in Brookings. These two teams are 26th and 29th in Massey, for example.

Virginia pulling away from Georgia Tech, halfway through the 3rd quarter.

This would be a devastating loss for the Yellow Jackets.

So Te'a Cooper is out for the game with the ankle injury.

Tennessee has some kind of luck. This is the 3rd consecutive regular season game vs. South Carolina where SC's best player is out due to injury. Last year Wilson missed both regular season games vs. the Vols.

.-.
Georgia Tech closed the 3rd quarter on a 7-2 run. Virginia still leads, 32-29.

First team to 45 wins?

South Carolina on the verge of running Tennessee out of Thompson-Bolling. 27-11, end of 1st quarter.
Tennessee WBB is ugly. These guys look like high school team and not a good high school team!

Georgia Tech caught Virginia with 5:20 to go in the game...now the Cavs are back on top, 40-39.

.-.
Tennessee with their tried and true "brick collection" offense. Just chuck up a brick and then go get the board.

Auburn with a big comeback in the 4th quarter, outscoring Missouri 11-2 to take a 49-47 lead with less than 5 to play.

Virginia with a 4-point lead on Georgia Tech...49 seconds loss.

Whoa, Duke and Washington both win on the same day! When is the last time that happened? I hope @triaddukefan had some kind of fantastic celebratory meal.

Huskies double their conference win total from last year.....but that's pretty easy to do when they only won 1 last season.

Another game impacted by injury:
