I would still take Seaver over Maddux and Koufax over Marichal.

No argument about Koufax -- he was before my time, so I couldn't pick him. No complaint about Seaver being among the top five. I dunno that I'd pick him over Maddux (or Clemens). There are a lot of right answers.

Edwin Moses in the 400 meter intermediate hurdles: UNDEFEATED for 7 years including two Olympics and two World Championships. He was champion at every major meet, and never skipped due to injury. Even Bill Russell was not undefeated in any of his 11 championships, but he did have eight in a row.....
