Songs by, about or mentioning kings, queens and other royalty

edit--which came first--this or "Free Your Mind" by En Vogue? both released in 1992, they always sounded quite similar to me

Here we go, should've thought of this right away. There are several tasty versions of this taking it in a different direction from its classical origin. Going full on metal w/ a bunch of cellos.

Dang, not the version I wanted, but it wouldn't post for some reason. In that one they are all playing like their hair is on fire, it's pretty wild.

Here's a couple other versions from other bands.

Love your band choices - mist probably are not familiar - I've seen all of them

Seen them a few times - love Sharon. Actually have seen almost all the ones I've posted.
I used to go to quite a few shows, just hadn't gotten around to catching hard rock/metal bands. Then covid happened, and I haven't been to a concert in years. The Pretty Reckless just passed thru my area, I thought about it for a bit, but didn't pull the trigger.

The 1st time I saw Apocalyptica was 2007. Have been to festivals in Europe, Prog Power in Atlanta a number of times. A number of those bands I saw atvthe Paaladium in Worcester, the Webster in Hartford and lots of NYC venues
