Dupree needs to sit, she brings absoululy nothing to the team. Not a good defender, rebounder, passer, or scorer. She isn't going to improve at her age, so sit her and play Russell, and Ezi.What is Seattle doing? Several shot clock violations and a couple other terrible shots just before the clock expired. 5 point lead is gone, tied up, Dallas ball w/ about 45 seconds left.
edit--Dallas up 2; Seattle has not played well down the stretch.
I wasn't thrilled w/ that move either, and I'm not really a fan of keeping Prince on the roster.Dupree needs to sit, she brings absoululy nothing to the team. Not a good defender, rebounder, passer, or scorer. She isn't going to improve at her age, so sit her and play Russell, and Ezi.
The team needs to get better, as long as Dupree is taking valuable minutes Seattle Will struggle. Admit you made a mistake in bringing her in and work to get better.
The way she is playing she ought to be a lock. Best shooting guard in the league right now.Massive comeback by Seattle. Is Loyd a contender for the Olympic team? She's playing like a legitimate MVP candidate to start the year.
Harrison is very good tonight, 16 pts, 11 rebs. I don't like Marbrey but she is good in 3 pts.Dallas' ND pair combined for 54.
This pretty much sums it up. Game pretty much turned into Arike and Marina vs. Jewell and Stewie and Dallas had no answer for Stewie.

Hope KLS can change that and share some Stewie's work. That's a lot of former ND players shining in this game. Stewie was awesome, but the other UConn alums were fairly quiet.![]()
She's looked promising so far. Obviously not available today so that doesn't count against her.Hope KLS can change that and share some Stewie's work.
Bird looked great in 2018, and was really solid last year in the bubble. She does seem to be trading games and a bit less effective this year. But her ability to pass and shoot will keep her relevant until she retires. If the storm are somehow able to win a championship, I’d like to see Bird retire on top, fresh off a gold medal as well. She's looked promising so far. The starting PGs, Bird and Jefferson, weren't particularly productive today, Jefferson in particular. Bird hasn't gone the way of Whalen late in her career yet, but it's kinda looking like she's alternating good games with not so good games this year.
Hopefully when Katie Lou & Prince come back, they continue to play well. They add another few players to the rotation.I am becoming concerned about Seattle. Past Russell and Canada their bench is not looking particularly strong. It may just be a work in progress as they have only 5 or 6 players left on the roster from last year. Talbot showed some initial promise but she seems to have regressed in the last couple of games.
Talbot is something of a training camp/early season warrior. She comes in looking great and I've heard "wows!" in the past, then the performances and subsequent minutes diminish. I thought Kitija Laksa hag a good shot at that wing/back-up KLS slot.I am becoming concerned about Seattle. Past Russell and Canada their bench is not looking particularly strong.
