Silas and Jaylin are Questionable for tomorrow (edit: Silas good to play)

Hurley is playing games. He listed Silas as questionable when he knows he is going to play. Watch Hurley's post game presser. He was mad it leaked out that Silas is fine.

I understand playing games the other way, like SMU did. Pretend a guy is going to play when he won't.

I don't see the argument the other way, especially for a 2-15 game.

Much more likely is that Demary really wants to play and is downplaying how likely it is/was that the doctors would keep him out.

You don't need to play injury games with Furman.

Silas may say he's fine to play, but is the decision up to him or is it up to the coaches and medical staff?

A: To make sure you get a bid when you're the edge of the bubble

.-.
When someone says they're fine believe them. It bothers me when people tell me I'm sick after I say that I'm fine after I cough or sneeze. So my throat is a little sore big deal it doesn't mean I'm sick.

So stop this speculation Silas says he's fine so believe him he will play.

What’s wrong with Malachi Smith?

Using the will he? won’t he? Strategy as some sort of competitive edge that Hurley constantly tries, is starting to get a little lame. Have YOUR team prepared and you’ll be fine.

I think I'm gonna go ahead and take Silas at his word.

Hearing inside scoop no Demary tonight and very questionable Sunday. Just a rumor from someone that knows a someone. Not good
Would not remotely be surprised. If there's going to be misdirection, it would be towards thinking he would be available, but then not playing.

It's gone that way a million times this year and almost never the opposite.

.-.
If he's not playing tonight, what's he doing out at the shoot around yesterday. He doesn't like a guy that can't play.

What about that turnover on that last dribble trying to go between his legs? Looks hurt to me. /s

SMU did that BEFORE Selection Sunday. They did it so that the committee wouldn't exclude them for being undermanned.

There's no reason to play games with a 15 seed as to player availability...why would Dan Hurley be doing that?

Big diff between taking shots standing still and playing a game

Could we be down both PG?

Stewart's there too and he's almost certainly not playing.
I hear you on stewart. However there was never any indication that he was going to play, but all of the information about Silas is that he was good to go for tonight. If I'm going to hear that from he and the team, it would be shocking to have him in shoot around yesterday when he's not going to play tonight and maybe doubtful for sunday. Just very peculiar.

I don't think "all of the information" is that he's good to go. He's certainly said as much.

I guess we'll find out shortly. In the meantime:

Is this serious? Drinking the Kool Aid. Out recent championship teams would run them out if the gym. So would 2018 Nova or the recent Baylor championship team. Teams from the non one and done era, including Duke”s would beat them by 30. Honestly Arizona deserved the #1 seed overall. Clearly. This Duke team is mid.
I’ve heard numerous analysts say cooper Flagg isn’t top 3 in this years draft. Boozer is a freight train without brakes. Don’t get in Duke’s way or it’s 🪦
