Not scared of them. It’s NOT about being scared of them. It’s about rewarding regular season performance. You can’t address my question because there’s no good answer for it.

I guess the answer is the committee with every stat and model at their disposal who has spent hundreds of hours the last month on this bracket know more than you?

only thing i'd worry about with uconn is kind of like houston in the aac, they've only played one or two real games since conference play started

i still think you should be fine huskie bros, maybe one bad half or so but you'll overcome it.
I take back my statement a week ago about Cincy being NIT. It doesn't even look like they're that low enough to make it even

I may be strange but I love our bracket. NCAA is throwing the best at us only out of massive respect for our program. It won't work.

Jesus.

If by respect you mean trying to do whatever it takes to get this conference out of the way, then sure, we will go with you there.

It'll be funny when MSU beats UNC tho

Also come on..if you're going to just make up the bracket for fun, you might as well have dropped St Peters 1 seed line for a 1v16 rematch against Purdue!

They’re getting universally panned on CBS and ESPN and all over the internet. Not just me, guy. Please tell me how UNC deserved that bracket over UConn.

They loaded the east because they don't want us to win #6. They don't, it separates us from Duke and makes us the leading program over the last 30-40 years.

We are champs and we will be champs again. 6 games to go, let's

WIN THE WHOLE F&*#@ING THING

A memo got missed.

The whole “disrespect” thing was last year’s theme.

This year is “come at me bro”.

Please post in accordance with the proper theme.

Metrics only say so much. Iowa State is a joke of a team. I’ve watched multiple ISU Illinois and Auburn games and I’m just not concerned. We did a very good job of avoiding teams that can smash it from 3 and get Clingan in space except BYU. We got great matchups. Matchups win tournaments not metrics.

Much less worried about Iowa State than I am about the 2nd game against FAU. I just checked their damn schedule. Holy heck. They played some close games in losses against good teams:

They had closes losses to Arizona and Illinois. These results show they are a very competitive team.
They beat Arizona.

Cripes. North Carolina got Arizona, Baylor and Alabama as their 2-4.

Baylor lost 10 games. Alabama lost 11. Both lost by double digits in the conference tourney. Arizona limped home and lost to a not-even-on-the-bubble Oregon team in the PAC 12.

Seems crazy that the worst 1 by a mile has the softest regional.

At the end of the day we will have to win the games in front of us. The large conferences threatening to break away and have their own tournament might well be impacting leagues like the Big East in terms of bids and seeds. Smaller conference teams like Indiana State and Seton Hall were the ones snubbed.

committee shoulda just sent us out west as the #1 seed like they usually do

God, imagine how Iowa State, Auburn, and Illinois feel. They ran the table at the end, looked extremely impressive, and get rewarded with shots at each other, and then us.

And additionally for them to play UConn in Boston, which will be pretty much a home game for the Huskies. Reversing the perspective here doesn't do those schools any favors in the bracket either. Hopefully in the end it's they who will feel screwed just like Michigan State vs the 2014 Husky champions at MSG did afterwards.

You don't follow college basketball, do you?
played marquette without their best player twice and then they should beat a fraudulent creighton team at home.

so the only really tough games were against marquette and at creighton. they didn't play any other tournament teams.

what am i missing?

uconn will be fine because they are really strong, but it might be a worry for a half or so of their first real game.

i know ball pal.
