According to Jeff Goodman, UConn will playing a secret scrimmage at Harvard on October 24th.
No, they’re just playing them to improve their basketball IQ through osmosis. This should give us a good test. Harvard is obviously loaded.

Shoulda been a double secret scrimmage.Well, that was some secret.
It’s a closed scrimmage. Secret is weird.
Have you seen videos of people just walking into places like museums and movie theaters by carrying a ladder and dressing like they’re working there(bright yellow vest). That’s what you’ve got to doI'd rather enter the building 6 days prior and kinda hide and wait.

Bring a bunch of Cliff Bars, bunch of water bottles and a carton of adult diapers and you should be good to go.I'd rather enter the building 6 days prior and kinda hide and wait.

Non disclosure scrimmage. They are also prohibited from releasing the score.
Towns will most likely not play. Interesting if he is ready to go on the scrimmage date. He hasn't been practicing with full contact. Without Towns Harvard is still a Top 25 caliber team. All of Harvard's highly touted recruiting class are seniors.Great matchup for a preseason scrimmage.
Not only is Harvard a potential top-25 team this year, but they are a team with a variety of valuable players. They have quick, bucket getter guards in Aiken and Juzang; skilled wings in Towns, Bassey, Kirkwood, Djuricic and Ledlum; senior post players in Lewis and Baker.
Last year, injuries were a major issue and 12 players on the team averaged 10+ minutes per game. This year, I can see the rotation narrow to nine players, with seven of those guys between 6'5 and 6'11 and 205-235 lbs.
