Score prediction thread for Tulane

Question: So, when UConn plays this school in New Orleans, how do they get to the campus?
Answer. That's easy. Just take the Tulane highway.

My wife still cannot beieve I have said that one out loud.

Anyway, UConn 100-55.
I don't blame her. I can't believe you typed that. You are disqualified from posting for a week.

UConn 92
Tulane 47

A photograph of D gets in the game somehow, and scores too.

The Cheshire fans go with 98-49, good guys do it big time

84-57. I am assuming Kia (aka Gabby's partner in crime) will not play and all the frosh will get mighty minutes.

.-.
Unfortunately UCONN has the 100 victory hangover. Yea, that's what we are gonna call it. I'm sure it isn't because they are gonna be out at the parades all night. Krewe of Athena, Krewe of Eve, Krewe of Cleopatra are all tonight.

The Green Wave waves good bye to the streak. Tulane wins 71-68.

Greater love has no man - to lay down on his sword twice weekly so his Boneyard comrades can exalt with the joy that comes from besting the mojo.

I'm thinking UConn 92-51, for a margin of 41 points and I'd like KLS hitting for 23 points, in 21 minutes

mntncougar, the schedule you were looking at is for Central time, not Eastern time. The start time is 7 p.m.
Visa versa Start time in new orleans is 7 Start time in storrs is 8pm sun moves east to west.

I suspect Uconn will be "on it's A game' and feeling free of the physical pounding--and Geno will allow his second starting 4 plus Chong (they are no longer bench sitters) to garner more experience prior to the big dance--where they may be required, ala uSC game-during the singing of Good Night Ladies
(the final dance)
Uconn 87 Tulane 59 you determine the MoV..

Game not until Saturday so plenty of time. Our MOV's seem to be about 45 in conference no matter who we are playing. Tulane is probably the 4th beast team in the league and we've had trouble keeping teams below 50 in the past several weeks (Tulsa 58, Tulane 56, Temple 69, Tulsa 50, SC 55).

I realize SC is a different caliber and we pretty much kept our starters in the entire game except when the HAD to sit. Still, I think the game is at Tulane and that the margin is lower than the first time. The last game was won by UCONN 100-56

UCONN 90
Tulane 56

Good posting---I like that you believe there are 4 BEAST teams in the AAC --it shows an exponential growth and talent in the AAC---I'm at 87/59 close to your prediction and one away from the previous score for Tulane.

UConn: 86 - Tulane: 53, MOV: 33 (In honor of KLS, who will once again be... "on Fiah!")

Meant to say 4th "best" team in the AAC. certainly we only have 1 BEAST team in the conference.

I don't care what you REALLY meant---I like BEAST!! Honestly it fits. Ok--they are no ND (#7 and falling) No USC #6 ---etc but the league has improved. Either Best or Beast is great---obviously --you wrote it--so whatever you wrote is your choice. I like BEAST..

Possibly a litte let down after the SC game. Kia probably not playing much to let the ankle get better.

UConn 86 - Tulane 51.

Hey, I know that highway:

Mid-day game day - sitting on 37 participants (36 UConn and one placating mojo). Right now the average shows a 93 to 50 final score or a 43 point MOV. For those who like to make comparisons, Massey has it 85 to 49 or a 36 point MOV. So he agrees with the consensus on our defense but, despite an evening start, doesn't think the scoring package will be up to our thinking.

UConn 88-54; MOV 34 points.

I had an afternoon cafe au lait with Cafe du Monde; will be making shrimp etouffe for supper for the first time.

Gonna roll out some pre-game balls here: For most interesting rationale for their predictions, balls to OZIMOTO and ERICSANDIEGO; best visual additions rolled out to HUSKEE11 and RAYVIN56; for confidence, to SONNY44; a first, best musical addition to SCUD49 (thanks); ball for largest appetite and most creativity to BIGBOOTE (am getting an idea how you earned that moniker); ball for gutsy details to CHONG MASTER; for gutsy and interesting detail to EEB, OCHOOPSFAN and VERY OLDDOG; for optimism to CHRISSARAN and BIGBIRD; chuckle ball once again to ADESMAR....I know what's coming but tickles me every damn time, especially with that elaborate new twist on an old theme, delivered today ; and confusion balls to TOMCAT, J66KICKER, and HUSYFANATIC , all of whom appear to have purchased a round trip ticket for a dead end road . Good luck and/or wisdom to all our fearless forecasters.
