I think a large portion of us here wish for that ... at least in terms of sports payouts, perhaps not so much otherwise.... (and wish I was born 35 years later)

The most common figures you see are: 75 percent for football: 15 percent for MBB; 5 percent for WBB; and 5 percent split among other sports. There is already a Title IX lawsuit in the courts.Has anyone seen any kind of breakdown or estimates as to how they will divvy this up between the sports? Will some sports ie football & basketball get paid more than other non revenue producing sports? How much $ will student athletes actually see and will (presumably it will be even across the board) all athletes on a team receive the same amount?
In the open, that is. It’s been going on for ages in the back rooms, especially for football
I was going to say the same thing. Sounds like a big title IX problem. Maybe a kid seating on the bench for the women's volleyball team will make as much as the starting QB. Does this make sense? No, but it doesn't have to.The most common figures you see are: 75 percent for football: 15 percent for MBB; 5 percent for WBB; and 5 percent split among other sports. Appeal of NCAA settlement won't halt payments
An appeal of the NCAA's landmark antitrust settlement won't stop college teams from paying current athletes starting July 1, but it will pause the NCAA's plans to begin paying former athletes.www.espn.com
