Probably right. He'll play meaningful minutes at Quinnipiac.

He'll get decent offers . Good luck we'll miss the sideline antics

Good for him. This is one example of why it's a good rule. He took advantage of his educational opportunity, got his degree, and now can explore new options that are better for him. I'm sure the athletics side of things didn't go the way he hoped here, but he took care of business and helped himself -- and helped our APR.

Good luck, Sam. Hope you can find some meaningful playing time at your next school.

So now we're down to three guards for next year? Now we REALLY have to bring in a guard for next season, maybe even two.

Seems like a good kid who got along well with everyone on the team. Should definitely be able to get some extended PT at lower level D1.

Opens up a spot to get a transfer, like Simon, and someone to play right away next year, and I do think we now need another guard.

Does this re-confirm that Rodney will not be leaving, then ?

Because he graduates, does this mean he won't affect our APR at all?

Dont think it affects Rodney's decision one way or the other - unless maybe he and Sam were close and it makes him more likely to leave.

Thanks to Sam. Glad it is working out for him. Good kid.

If Rodney leaves we are well and truly ducked. Going to have to find a guard somewhere just for injury depth at a minimum, even with Rodney. I suppose Hamilton may play a little SG, but we really need another ball handler.

Suspected this throughout the season. He was just outmatched at UConn. Best of luck though!!

Not sure if it has any impact on his decision, but pretty sure they were close. Actually seems like everyone on this team is pretty close to one another, more so than teams in the past.

Yes, looks like we will have another interesting off-season of recruiting transfers.

I'd never turn down a transfer but I think we have good depth even if we don't get one. Gilbert, Adams, Purvis at guard. Jackson, Larrier, Hamilton, Diarra, and Facey at forward. Then Brimah and Enoch at center. This is assuming Durham redshirts.
