Gimme RJ... He's mature and will play D... We have enough scorers... I'm sure he'll know what to do with the ball in his hands on offense.. You'd expect a guy like this to occassionally take an open mid range shot.. and do it with confidence....

I don't see how a single person could be opposed to this move. We will have 3 guards on the team next year and two of them are 5'10. The other is a freshman. There are no longer any highly rated guard prospects which we are after, so now we have a situation where the team has no depth whatsoever at the guard spot, and no one but flyers to take a shot on. Instead of taking a flyer on a 4 year player, Evans is a 6'2 - 6'3 , strong 2 guard who will be a 1 year commitment, who is a local kid no less.
