Not correct. They employed a lawyer in the Shapiro bankruptcy case to interview witnesses in that case. It was a gray area and an over reach by the NCAA. A tactical mistake but not, as you imply, a creation of false information.If they used the one they used for Miami, maybe UNC would have to worry. That crew was working to make a lot of stuff up, they just screwed up and got caught doing it. Then again, maybe that would be good for UNC after all.
