Honor Blackman was the first female lead in The Avengers. That's why she's singing that with Patrick McNee. I only remember the Diana Rigg years. That would be a good COVID-19 binge watch.

I actually own the entire set of Rigg episodes on DVD. They have aged very well. Diana's clothes still look good and the whole campy style of the show is still very entertaining.

I'll always remember when they visited Scotland because of the strange occurrences at the Castle De'ath. Actually one scene in particular when Steed and couple of other men were wearing kilts and Peel was in her catsuit. Heady stuff for the 60's.

I was about 15 when Diana got the role. I never missed an episode. My favorite? 'A Touch of Brimstone' - she portrayed The Queen of Sin at the Hellfire Club.

Gotta give a shout out to some of the more recent Bond girls. I think Eva Green from Casino Royale is held in fairly high regard looking back over the history of the franchise. Quantam of Solace was an extremely forgettable movie, but it did have appearances by Olga Kurylenko and Gemma Arterton.

When it comes to Bond girls, I wonder if it's a little like what's been said about music. The music you like when you are 13 years old is the music you will prefer the rest of your life. When I was 13, I pretty much thought it was impossible to be more beautiful than Jane Seymour.

I admit to self editing the character name. I have been redacted in the past and chose not to try the patience of the mods. I am sure they have better things to do.

Yeah, been there, done that. Couldn't agree more. ;)
