Purvis with his first NBA bucket!

Of course it's a long two just inside the three point line
I get it, from a coach’s perspective, Rodney would do certain things which would drive Chief crazy. But, I always loved the kid and his dedication to UConn. He always had a warm greeting for Chief and looking forward - his best basketball days are ahead of him.

I was checking all the comments before I jumped in on this. First thing that came to mind.

So, at this point, Rodney controls his basketball life for the next 15 years. Probably not the path he envisioned as a HS Jr or Sr, but he made it. Now it's on him to sustain it.

He obviously put in a ton of work within the past year, so he has the right mindset and has the talent. Best wishes going forward for him.
