If syr, pitt, uconn, and another join acc, Consider it a merger, takeover, whatever you want. I hope Uconn finds it's way to that conference, the alternatives suck.

Big Ten priority is Texas and notre dame, it will worry about moving east after those two locked down.

If UConn and Rutgers join the ACC, Mizzou fans might be able to rejoice in the fact that the B1G is left with them as a one of the strongest options.

USF, Louisville, Cincinnati will probably form a conference with whatever is left of the Big 12. West Virginia will probably go to the SEC. And the SEC might also take in Louisville since Louisville is now one of the strongest options in the east for them.

As for Syracuse and Pittsburgh, the B1G was too greedy to take all four schools in the Northeast. They would probably have taken Syracuse, Rutgers and UConn. That's probably why the Pitt president initiated this action.

The B1G wants Texas and ND. While it may happen, I absolutely cannot fathom the B1G, and the presidents of their big shot schools letting the conference sit idly by while the two kingpins, one of whom sits squarely in B1G territory, go to a lesser conference. All of this realignment makes little sense, but that REALLY makes no sense, even with the LHN and ND's NBC deal.
