Horrible for Tyler coming off his best game ever. Horrible for UConn. Let’s hope the guys step up. Bouknight and Adams mostly, plus Sid.
 
This is just devastating news.
Feel so damn bad for him, get well TP, channel you’re inner Adrian Peterson and come back as an MVP.

also, it’s nice to know we now have 1.5!?shooters on this team. Offense is going to look like molasses a lot the rest of the way :(

Thats what makes this even worse. We have had absolutely terrible luck over the last few years. I guess that means somebody has to step up. Maybe Sid or Bouknight can have a breakout game today.
 
Horrible news and horrible this happened to him. I wish him well and a speedy recovery.
 
Wow won't know if he just jumped out of his shell now. I feel bad for that kid, he wanted to be a good Husky.

Silver Lining is his last game, how he went out. He'll be a new Man, with a hunger to excel.

For those asking about medical redshirt, he would have had to play in 30% or fewer of the team's total games. With 15 games played UConn would have to play 50 games for him to be eligible. So even going to the finals of the NCAA or NIT is not enough games. He can not get this year back.
 
Feel really bad for him. Big weapon lost just as he was breaking out and expanding his game. This one hurts.
 
Great I turn on the game and I hear this news. Down to 9 scholarship players now and Sid will have to pick up his game big time. He finally showed some toughness inside and then this injury. It might be a tough season if the Freshman can't become more consistent. We need consistent offense from them.
 
Wow, that's terrible. Just heard it on the broadcast, was busy until now. Get a good reconstruction and get ready for next year, Tyler. The team will miss the outside shooting and the TP of last game.

We will really find out now what Akok, Bouknight, Whaley and Wilson can do to take up the slack.

Have you ever seen a team this snake bit? The best player of the last game goes down right before they're most important league game of the year so far. These guys just can't catch a break. Carlton needs to emerge and emerge now.
 
Dammit. Was out working in the yard and started the game a little late and this is the first thing I see. We are truly snakebitten.

Feel terrible for Tyler.
 
As someone who is about 5 months post acl reconstruction, I feel so bad for Polley. Best game of his career then is out for 8-10 months
