My favorite moment will be in 7 hours and 27 minutes when we officially leave the AAC.

Watching UConn get hammered by Louisville in the AAC championship in Memphis, and the drunk Louisville fans sitting behind us who called us "weasels" the whole game, then tried to fight us when we saw them on Beale St later in the night.

My favorite memory is thinking about those guys when we won it all that year.

OMG this! So I have a UConn/Nike pull over I got at the big sale they have every couple years. It was $10. It's got the UConn logo on it but it has the American Conf. "A" on the shoulder. I am having my wife rip that embroidered thing off and I am looking for a Big East patch to put over it. Good riddance!

I'm gonna miss Pal and freescooter constantly posting that the AAC is better than the Big East. I look forward to them continuing to post it as UConn helps make the Big East the best bball conference.

That time we hired Cincy’s strength and conditioning coach on our way out was pretty sweet too. Just further cements that we are a better program and now in a better conference. I expect Cincy to be no better than mediocre (top 50-75) from here on out.
