My favorite memory is of casual sports fans saying “UConn is in the ACC now right?” And me not correcting them.

Im most definitely going to miss not watching any conference games that didn’t involve us. Can you imagine willingly watching Tulane-Tulsa on a Thursday night?

perfect . . . came with the plea to buy hoops tickets, but works better here. Champagne is on ice. Ready to pop at midnight. The best thing about the AAC is seeing it in the rear view mirror.

My favorite moment will be in 7 hours and 27 minutes when we officially leave the AAC.

Watching UConn get hammered by Louisville in the AAC championship in Memphis, and the drunk Louisville fans sitting behind us who called us "weasels" the whole game, then tried to fight us when we saw them on Beale St later in the night.

My favorite memory is thinking about those guys when we won it all that year.

OMG this! So I have a UConn/Nike pull over I got at the big sale they have every couple years. It was $10. It's got the UConn logo on it but it has the American Conf. "A" on the shoulder. I am having my wife rip that embroidered thing off and I am looking for a Big East patch to put over it. Good riddance!

Honestly, we have no one but ourselves to blame for the mess we made in the AAC. We should have been the marquee program in hoops from day and then Ollie went sideways. In football we should have been plenty competitive and theN P came on followed by...........oh never mind........
