Men Other college baseball scores 2023 edition

If UConn were to receive and invite to the Big12, I will be thrilled for Penders and the baseball program. They'll get to play such a high level of competition throughout the season which i believe will make them better prepared for the NCAA tourney. Iron sharpens iron.

Tough loss for Texas vs Stanford last night. Fly ball lost at dusk allowed winning run to score for last spot in CWS. I believe Stanford is only team from last year to return to Omaha. Wake and Florida will be tough to beat.

We have ways to go to get to this level. We were almost in Omaha last year but the team we lost to (Stanford) themselves has some catching up to do to get to a championship level.

ORU is a ridiculously good 4 seed.

Both Florida and Wake will be tough to beat since they are both in winners bracket and have pitching depth. Good games so far. I was surprised that Stanford kept their pitcher Matthews in so long yesterday since TN was starting to hit him.

The pitching depth is impressive for all the teams including Oral Roberts. You can't survive the league tournament, the super regional or CWS with just 5 trusted arms. The 2022 staff was deeper with Peterson, Gallagher, Stefanono, Kirby, a healthy Cooke, Coe, Chudoba, Willis and others with effective stints, but still fell short. We will always wonder what the 2022 team would have been with a healthy Crawford.
