I'm going to start with the first one I remember as a child.

Since "How Much Is That Doggie" was the second I remember hearing here is the 3rd.

Big Mama's "Hound Dog" came next for me so all things next are in no particular order. This layered song about omens and mysticism, uncontrollable urges and forces, sacred things, the subconscious, folklore, fatalism and love always wins my heart. Along with that piano opening.
