Obi went to high/prep school at Greens Farms Academy in Westport. Big fella' may have heard of a UCONN center of Nigerian background by way of Houston ..., and now back to the Elite 8.

Scouting report from a friend who calls games for Rice: "He plays below the rim on both sides of the ball - not much of a rim protector at all, and doesn't have any lateral quickness. Think of him more as an undersized 5 than a big, strong 4. Not sure you could play him alongside either Nolan or Brimah."

That description reminds me of Eric Hayward. Big, strong, and uses his giant to get rebounding position on the blocks.
